We carried out soft landscaping for a new, large industrial unit at South Crofty, meeting planning conditions required as part of the project.

Our work included:

• Preparing 5,877 square meters of soil for planting and seeding, transforming ground that had been overgrown with weeds after 12 months of neglect.
• Seeding 3,627 square meters of wildflower meadow, which produced promising results despite the late-season sowing.
• Planting 9,290 plants and 43 trees to enhance the site’s natural appeal.

As part of the project, we are now providing maintenance for the site during an initial 12-month period to ensure its successful establishment and growth.
